LOS ANGELES  | RESIDENTIAL PROJECT

We were hired by the developer to create the floor plan for this amazing property. We were given the perimeter footprint to work within.  We collaborated with the developer and client to create a home that was luxurious and could accommodate a family and live in staff.  We also designed the floor plan to include areas for catering staff to work and access to a large pantry for large amount of entertaining. The home sold at a recording setting price of $75 million and was showcased in the LA Times, Huffing-ton Post, Wall Street Journal, Today Show among many more.
