The Williams Monarch Beach project was a ground-up, whole-home design created in close collaboration with the architect, contractor, landscape designer, and construction team. From the earliest planning stages, we helped shape the floor plan and designed every major interior element, including the kitchen, bathrooms, custom cabinetry, architectural details, and construction drawings.

A strong connection between the interiors and the landscape was central to the design. We worked closely with the landscape designer to create a cohesive indoor-outdoor experience that feels natural, calm, and connected throughout the property. Two custom indoor water features became defining architectural moments, requiring careful coordination with the build team to integrate stone, water, lighting, and engineering seamlessly into the home.

Wellness was also an essential part of the clients’ vision. The residence includes a sauna, cold plunge, home gym, and a custom yoga room featuring a dramatic backlit stone water feature. We completed the project with furnishings, accessories, and final styling, creating a contemporary home that feels soothing, restorative, and deeply personal—a serene retreat designed around how the clients want to live.
